1. After-Sales Service
Warranty Policy: During the warranty period, after-sales service primarily involves establishing a VIP technical service group. Our technical team provides one-on-one online guidance via video or voice. Our factory-issued equipment comes with a one-year warranty.
Specific warranty coverage is as follows:
From the date of receipt, during this period, excluding damage caused by human error, the warranty covers major machine components (all circuit boards, print boards, control panels, scanning boards, high and low voltage boards, control boards, mainboard, motors, etc.). Damage caused by natural disasters or human error is not covered. (Shipping costs are borne by the customer).
Common consumables/vulnerable parts are not covered, such as: toner, carriers, drum, upper and lower rollers, charging roller, fuser motor, print cards, hard drives, scraper blades, fuser film, transfer film, and other accessories.
During the machine warranty period, all consumables and accessories used by the customer must be purchased from our company. If consumables or accessories purchased through other channels cause machine malfunctions or various printing quality issues, our company reserves the right not to provide warranty service. Except for factory standard machines, customized products follow this process: customer confirms intention – discussion of specific parameters and appearance – we provide a solution – after feasibility is confirmed, we purchase raw materials and components and begin production – after debugging, the customer can inspect at the factory or conduct remote video inspection – shipment – debugging and installation (customers can choose on-site installation or remote guidance installation).
The processing time varies from 10-60 working days depending on the complexity of the customization and the type of equipment. The specific time will be communicated between the customer and us.
Payment Method: For both customized and standard machines ordered from overseas, payment is made in full before customization and shipment begin.
